User-Centric Design
My role as a Lead Product Designer is to oversee stages of the UX/UI process for all projects. Working within a small team, my broad skill set was understandably stretched across the entire lifecycle. This means stepping in at various stages of the process and where my skills were needed the most.
Working closely with the UX team, I was not only reviewing work for sign-off but taking a hands-on approach during the discovery and research phase– right through to user-testing wireframes and prototypes.
Our iterative design process consisted of A-B testing and intensive user-testing, surveying and sessions recording... test, observe and fix, test, observe and fix.
Ultimately, building engaging web visuals and features that are easy for the user to navigate and enjoy, whilst maintaining customer retention for the business.
